We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.

24 hours notice requiredWe understand life happens! We offer a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 20 minutes we may need to reschedule your service to respect the next client's time.
20 minute grace periodIf you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We do not charge a no-show fee, but repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.
No fee chargedWe do not require a deposit to book your appointment. Your trust means everything to us.
